<br /> and an order having been mad� fixing August 7, 1950 aa the date for hearing trus'Cee's pet�.tion and
<br /> report, and due not3.ce having been given by mail to creditors and others oP the time and place of
<br /> hearin� on trustee�s pe�it�.on to sell, and no one appearing or ob,�eeting to tru�tee's petition to
<br /> eell and his petition and report of bid� having been duly considered, and it appearing on good
<br /> cause shown that �urther notice �o ereditors should be dispensed with, and the undersigned trustee
<br /> having re orted to the Court the bid of �he grantee herein as follows: Thirty Two �iundred Dollars
<br /> ($3200.00� eaBh tv be paid to the trustee, the purchaser to assume the mortga.�e lien of the Equitable
<br /> Building and Loan Asaociat3.on of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the purahaser to assume the last half
<br /> of 1949 real estate taxes, and the Cour'�, through Daniel H. McClenahan, having entered on the �th
<br /> day of August, 1950, an order d.irecting the unders�.gned truatee to convey said property to the
<br /> purehaser.

<br /> the title and powers in me vested by the proQisions of the Bankruptcy Act and by said orders of
