<br /> THIS INDENTURE, I+�ade this 16th day of Febru�.ry, in the year one thousand nine hundred and Fifty,
<br /> between JOHN C. GRADY (Wi,dower) of the first part, and JUANITA PElaROSA of the second part,
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One dollar and
<br /> other valuable consideration DOLLARS, to him duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
<br /> has remised, released, and quit-cZaimed, and by these presents does for himself and his heirs,

<br /> KNO��t ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WH�EAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District af the
<br />� State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein Hall County, Nebraska, is plaintifP
<br /> and Ethel Edgar Hartwell and Hartwell et al. , are defendants , No. �22, Doc. l, Page 229-239,
<br /> the plaintiff did on the 3rd �ay of May, 1950, obtain a deeree finding there to be due from the
<br /> dePendants for general and speciaZ improvement taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent
<br /> taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 2, the sum of �36.��. accruing interest and costs of the suit, and,
<br /> whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in defaul'� of the payment of
<br /> the sum so found due f'rom the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should cause
<br /> � the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the
<br /> same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff oP said County, under and by
<br /> virtue of tne said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 6th day of July,
<br /> . 1950, at the Nor'�h Front Door of' the Court House in the City of Grand Island, in said County of
<br /> Hall., havin� first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale f`or not less than
<br /> thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent a le�al newspaper, printed and in
<br /> general circulatian in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Hall County for
<br /> the sum of Thir�y--five, and no/100 - - -- Dol.lars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being
<br /> �36.��) , which sale was af'�erwards on the 2nd day of August, 1950, exa,mined and confirmed by the
<br /> said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fEe
<br /> simple to the said Hall County
<br /> NOW, TH�'REFORE, I, the said �heriif of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of
<br /> the premise� and by v3.rtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do hereby
<br /> give, grant, and convey to the said Ha11 County, and its assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold,
<br /> to-wi'�: Lot Two (2) in Block Six (6) in C�eorge Loan� s Subdivi5ion of the South Part of the ?�1est
<br /> Half af the I�orthwest Quarter (NW4) in Section 10, Township 11, North Range 9, tiJest of the 6th P. M. ,
<br /> in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recor�ed.
