<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, tidH�REAS, in an action in the District Cour� of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br /> State of Nebraska, wl.thin and for the County of Hall, wherein Hall County, Nebraska is plaintif'f
<br /> and Ethel Edc�ar Hartwell and Hartwell et al. , are defendants, No. 22, Doc. 1, Pas�e 229-239,
<br /> the plaintif'f' did on the 3rd day of 2�Iay, 1950, obtain a decree findin� there '�o be due from the
<br /> defendants for. �eneral and speeial im�rovement taxes u�on a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent
<br /> taxes, in Cause of Action, No. �rd, .the sum of �59.30, aecruin� interest and costs of the suit, and,
<br /> whereas, it was then and there further orde�'ed in the said action that in default of the payment o�'
<br /> the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should cause
<br /> the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold accordi,n� to law to pay the
<br /> �ame, and, wherea.5, default havin� baen made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by
<br /> virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on '�he 6th day of July,
<br /> 1950, at the North Front Door of the Court House in the City of t�rand Island, in said Coun�y of Ha11,
<br /> havin� first p�iven due and le�al notice of the time and place oP said sale for not less than thirty
<br /> days prior thereto in the C�rand Island Daily Independent a 1e�a1 newspaper, printed and in c�eneral
<br /> circulation in gaid County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction �o Lars D. Nelson for the
<br /> sum of Two Hundred and no/100 - - - Dollar5, ( the total accrued costs of sui� and sale bein�
<br /> �59.30) , wh�.ch sale was aft�rwa,rds on the 2nd day of Au�ust, �950, examined and confirmed by the
<br /> said Court and the said �. H. Stobbe as such �heriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee
<br /> simple to the said Lars D. Nelson
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the sa3.d Sheriff of the County of HaZl, as aforesaid, in consideration of
<br /> the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me b;� law and the decree of said Court, do hereby
<br /> �ive, �rrant, and convey to the said Lars D. Nelson, his heirs and assis�ns, tne premises so as afore-
<br /> said sold, to-wit: Lot Three� (3) in Block Two (2) , in Lambert 's Second Addition to the City of
