<br /> Eighteen (1�) in H. G. Clark�s Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and ita
<br /> complement, Fraetional Lot One (1) , Fractional Block Twelve (12 ), Original Town, now City of Grand
<br /> Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, to The School Di�trict of the City of Grand Island in Hall County,
<br /> in the Stat� of Nebrask�., be and the same is hereby direc�ed, authorized and confirmed.
<br /> SECTION 2. The manner and terma of said sale of such real estate ar e as follows: The pur-
<br /> chaser, has agreed to pay th� sum of Five Hundred Dollars (�500.00) for the w3.thi.n described real
<br /> �state and the entire amoun� thereof will be paid to the City of Grand Island upon delivery af a
<br /> Qui� Claim Deed for said premiaes to �aid purchaser and the City of Grand Island, shall not be re-
<br /> quired to furnish an Abs�ract of T�.tle.
<br /> SECTION 3. As provided by law, notice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be pubZlshed
<br /> for three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independen�, a newspaper published in and
<br /> o�' general Circulation in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, immediately aPter the passage and
<br /> publication of this ordinanee; and the Ci�y Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare and
<br /> publish said notice.
<br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the electors oP the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> to file a remonstrance against the sale oP the within described real estate; and if a remonstranee
<br /> against the sale signed by legal el�etors o� sa3.d City equal in number to thirty per cent (30,�) of
<br /> �he electora of the City of Grand Island, votin� at 'the last regular election held in said City
<br /> be Piled with the Mayor and City Cauncil within thirty days af ter the passage and publication of
<br /> �his ordinance, such property shall not then, nor within one y�ar thereafter be sold.
<br /> SECTTON 5. The sale of said real esta�e is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed; and iP
<br /> no remonstrance be filed against such sale, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to The School District of the City of Grand Island in Hal1. County in the State of Ngbraska,
<br /> a Quit C1aim Deed for said property and the execu�ion of said deed 3.s hereby authorized without
<br /> fur'Gher action on behalf of the City Council. ,
<br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance ehall be in. force and take effect from and. af�er its passage, '
<br /> approval and publication as provided by Iaw. '

<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Floyd Leiser, of Hall County, in the state of Nebraska, I
<br /> the sole executor of the will and es�ate of Anna M. Leiser, deceased, for and in considera'Gion of
<br /> the sum of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars (�7600.OQ) in hand paid, does hereby gran�, bargain,
<br /> gell, convey and confirm unto Odin W. Poppe and Leona H. Poppe,as JOINT TENANTS, and not as tenanta
<br /> in common, the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and state of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Five �5) in Block Twenty (20) in Fairview Park Addition to the ci�y of Grand Island,
<br /> together with a11 the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging. �
<br /> It being the intention oP all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of said
<br /> grantees, the entire Pee simple title to the real estate described herein shall vest in the sur-
<br /> viving grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO �iOLD such real proper'�y unto sueh Odin Z�T. Poppe and Leona H. Poppe, as ,�oint
<br /> tenan�s, and nat as tenants ln common, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of �he
<br /> survivor c� them, forever.
<br /> And such Floyd Leiser, for himself, his heirs, administrators, and assigns, does covenant
<br /> with and wax�rant to such Odin W. Poppe and Leona H. Poppe, as �joint tenants, and their assigns,
<br /> or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, that he is tne duly constituted, qualified and
<br /> acting sole executor of the last will and testament of such Anna M. Leiser� deceased, and has power
<br /> thereunder to convey as aforesaid and has in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, in pur-
<br /> suance of the authority granted in and by such will and testament; that he has not made, done, or
<br /> suffered any act, matter or thing, whatsoever, since he was such executor, whereby the aba4e
<br /> granted real property, or any part thereof, are, shall, or may be impaired, char ged, or incumbered
<br /> in any manner whatsoever.
