<br /> highest bidder therefor; that thereafter on the 27th day of February, 1950, the said Court
<br /> a�Y:roved and confirmed said sale, and by an order directed the undersigned Referee to execute
<br /> and deliver to Floyd B. Giersdorf and Laura Giersdorf, a deed conveying said real estate to them,
<br /> in fee simple.
<br /> NOW, THFREFORE, I, Clinton E. Cronin, Referee, in consideration of the sum of Ten Thousand
<br /> Eighty and 00/100 Dollers (�10,080.00} , so bid and paid, and by virtue of the power vested in me
<br /> bq law, do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto Floyd B. Giersdorf and Laura Giersdorf,
<br /> and to their heirs and assigns, the following described real estate, all situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Nebraska, a municipal eorporation, is plaintiff and Minnie W. Iams, widow et al. , are dePendants, �
<br /> No. 11, Doc. 1, Page 110-120, the plaintiff did on the 30th day of September, 1949, obtain a
<br /> decree P�nding there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes
<br /> upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Act� on, No. 10, the sum of -

<br /> ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the said
