<br /> KNOW ALL R�EN B� THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> I� THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br /> ' State of Nebraska, wi.thin and for the County of Hall, wherein County of Hall, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />�' a municipal cor oration, is pl�intiff and Joseph H. May and May et al. , are defendants, No 7,
<br /> I Doc. b�., Page 7�, the plaintiff did on the 2nd day of June, 19 9, obtain a decree finding there to
<br /> be due from ttie defendants for �eneral and special improvement taxes upon a Certj.ficate af Tax Sale
<br /> II and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. T-2, the sum of �21�.4.53, accruing interest and costs
<br />� of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default
<br />� of the payment of the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of
<br /> F Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according
<br /> f � to law to� pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of sai.d
<br />� County, under and by virtus of the said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on
<br />� the lst day of Auguat, 1949� at the North Front Door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> in saj_d County of Hall havin� first �inen due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale
<br /> fvr not leas than thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a 1ega1 newspaper,
<br /> printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to
<br /> COUNTY OF HALL for the sum of Twenty and no/100 - - - Dollars, ( the total accrued costs of suit
<br /> and sale being �3�1•51) , which sale was afterwards on the 2nd day of December, 19�.9, e�ami,ned and
<br /> confirmed by the said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, or3ered to convey the said
<br /> premises in fee simple to the ssid COUNTY OF HAll
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Ha11, as aforesaid, in consideration of `
<br /> the premises and by virtue of the power vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do herebg
<br /> give, �rant, and convey to the said COUNTY OF HALL, ITS assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold,
