<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHFR�AS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br /> State of Nebraska, wi.thin and for the County of Hal1, wherein Countg of Ha7. 1, Hall Count�, Nebraska,
<br /> a municipal corporation, is plaintiff and John J. Lambert & Elsie Lambert et al. , are defendants,
<br /> No. 13, Doc. 1, Page 130-1�0, the plaintiff did on the 28th day of October, 1949, obtain a decree
<br /> fi.nding there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes upon a
<br /> Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 9-10, the sum of �178.38,
<br /> accruing interest and costs of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordere.d in
<br /> the said action that in default of the payment of' the sum so found due from the said defendants
<br /> that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described
<br /> I to be advertised and sa7d according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made
<br /> I therein, the sai.d Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree and the order of
<br /> sale to him duly d.irected, did, on the lOth day of January, 1950, at the North Front Door of the
<br /> Court House in the City of Grand Island, in sa3d County of Hall having first given due and legal
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in the Grand
<br /> Island Daily Tndependent, a legal newspaper, pr�.nted and in general circulation in said County of
<br /> I� Hall, aell said premises at public auction to Frank Lunneg for the sum of One Hundred and Fifteen
<br />� and no/100 - - �ollars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being �Z78.38) , which sale was .
<br /> afterwards an the 8th day of February, 1950, examined and confirmed by the saj.d Court and the said
<br /> II F. H. Stobbe, as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Frank
<br /> Lunney
<br /> I NOW, TH�'REFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the Count9 of Hall as aforesaid, in consideration of the
<br /> premises and by virtue of the power vested in me by law and the decree of' said Court, do hereby
<br /> give, grant, and convey to the said Frank Lunney, his heirs and assi�ns, the premises so as afore-
<br /> said sold, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Fleven (11) in �31ock Four (�) in Lambert� s Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as surveyed, latted, and recorded.
<br /> Lot Twelve (12) in Block Four (�) in Lambert+ s Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded.
<br /> with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Frank Lunney and hjs heirs and assigns forever.
