<br /> and Etta L. Mapes, husband and wife of the said City oP arand IslaMd, be and th� same is hereby
<br /> directed, authorized and confirraed.
<br /> BECTI�N 2. The manner and �erms of said sale of such real estate are as Po1.lo�ss The said
<br /> Lester l�a es and Etta L. Mapes, husband and wife, th� bidders, have agreed �o pay Seven�y-five
<br /> Dollars {�75.00) Por each of said three lot� ar the total sum of Two Hundred Twen�y-five Dollars
<br /> (�225.40) and Y�as paid as a dowrz payment �hereon the sum of FiYteen (�15.00) on each of s$id lots
