<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the D3.strict Court of the Eleventh Judicial Distriet of 'Ghe
<br /> State of Nebraska, w3.thin and for the County of Hall, wherein Coun�y of Hall, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraaka, a municipal corporation, is plaintiff and James M. Wilson et al. , are defendanta,
<br /> Na. q, Doc. 1., Page 86-96, the plaintiff did on the ls� day of September, 19�9, obtain a decree
<br /> find�.ng �here to be due from �he defendants f or general and special improvement taxes upon a
<br /> Certificate of Tax Sal� and subsequent taxes, in C ause of Action, No. 5, the sum of �199.39,
<br /> accruing interest and eos�s of the �uit, and, whereas, i'G was �hen and there further ordered
<br /> in th� said action that in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the said det'�ndants
<br /> that the Sh�riff of said County of Ha11 should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described
<br /> to be advertised and eold according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been
<br /> made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by nirtue of the said decree and the

<br /> the said premises in fee simple to the said Grand Island Safe Deposit Company
