<br /> Nebraska, a municipal corporation, is plaintiff and Fred E. Bean, et al. , are defendants, Na. 1
<br /> Doc. 1, Page 1-10, th� plainti.ff did on the 1st day of December, 19�7, obtain a decree finding
<br /> there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvenent taxes upon a Certificate
<br /> of Tax Sa1e and subsequent '�axes, in Cause of Action, No. 3, the sum of �52.87, accruing interes�
<br /> and costs of the suit, and, whereas, 3.t was then and there further ordered in the said action
