<br /> No. 2, Doc. 1, Page ll-2Z, �Ghe plaintlff did on the 2Sth day af June, 1948, obtain a deeree
<br /> finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes upon a
<br /> � Certificate of Tax Sa1.e and sub$equent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 6, the sum of �101.24,
<br /> accruing interest and cos'ts of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there fur�her ordered
<br /> in the said action tha'G in default of the pa.yment of the sum so found due from the said
<br /> defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Ha,ll should cause the lands and �enements h�re-
<br /> ina�'t�r described to be advertised and sold accarding to law to pay the same, and, wherea�,
<br /> default having been made tnerein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the
<br /> said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 23rd day of August, 1948,
<br /> at the Nor�h Front Door of tl�e Court House in �he City of Grand Isl.and, in said County of Hall
<br /> having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale for not less �han
<br /> thir�y days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a 1ega1 newspaper, printed
<br /> and in gen�ral eircula�ion in said County of Ha11, se11 said premisea at public auation to
<br /> BERNARD J. HISER for �he sum of Five and no/100 Dollars, (�he total accrued costa of suit and
<br /> sale bein� �105.�0} , whieh sa1.e was afterwards on the 27th day of August, 19�8, examined and
<br /> eonfirmed by the said Court and the �aid HERBERT H. HANN as such Sheriff, ordered to. convey
<br /> the said premises in fee simpl.e to �he sa3.d BERNAAD J. HISER
<br /> NOW, THEREF�RE, I, the �aid Sheriff of the County of Ha11 as aforesaid, in consideration
<br /> of the premises and by virtue of th� power vested in r�e by law and the decree of said Court,
<br /> do hereby give, grant, and convey to the said BERNARD H�SER, HTS heirs and assigns, �he
<br /> premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit :
