<br /> Nebraska, that T would offer said real estate for sale on the premises on the fifteenth day of
<br /> December, 1g�8, at two o' elock p.m. of said day, a.nd a� the time and place �s�ated in said notice,
<br />' and af�er said no�ice had been published f or more �than thirty days, I offered said real estate,

<br /> directed me as �.aid Referee to execut� to said Ruby Pearl Mikel a deed conveying said real estate
<br /> to her in fee sir�ple absolute.
