<br /> THAT WHEREAS, in an action in the Distric� Cour� of the Eleventh Judicial District of the
<br /> State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein County of Hall, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> a municipal corporation, is plaintiff and Christ Goldstedt et al, are de�'endants, No. 2, Doc 1,
<br /> Page 11-21, the plain�ifP did on the 25th day oY June, i94�, obtain a deeree finding there to be
<br /> due from the defendnats for general and special improvement taxes u on a Certificate oP Tax Sale
<br /> and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 4-�-9-10, the sum of �239.��1, accruing interest and
<br /> costs of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said �,ction that in
<br /> defa,ult of the payment of the sum so Pound du e Prom the said dePendants that the �heriff of said
