<br /> Armin Dankert moved the adoption of the Resolution in the words and figures as set forth in said
<br /> notice, and the game was seeonded by Henry NofPke; �hat thereupon, a vote was taken on the adoption
<br /> oP said Resolution, 7 members voting �'aye�� in favor of the adoption of the Resolution and no mem-
