<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the ELFVENTH Judiaial District of the
<br /> State of Nebraska, within and for the County of HALL, wherein COUNTY of HALL, HALL County,
<br /> Nebraska, a munic�pal corporation, is �laintiff and Christ Goldstedt et a1. , are defendants, No.
<br /> 2, Doc. l, Page 11-21, �he n�aintiff did on the 25th day of June , 19�8, obtain a decree finding
<br /> there to be due f rom the defendants for general and special improvement taxeg u�on a Certificate
<br /> of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 3, the sum of �194.82, accruing interest
<br /> and costs of 'Ghe suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that
<br /> in default of the payment of the sum so found due from '�he said defendants that the Sheriff of said
<br /> County of Hall should cause 'the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and
<br /> 5o1d according to �aw to pay the same, and, wnereas, default having been made therein, the said
<br /> ' �heriff of said County, under and by virtue of �he said decree and the order of sale '�o him duly
<br /> directea., d'id, on the� 23rd day of August, 19�8, at the North Frant Door of the Court House in the

<br /> (the tota,l accrued costs of suit and sale being �198.98) , which sale was afterwards on the 27th
<br /> day of Au�ust, 19��8, examined a.nd confirmed by the said Court an� the said HERBERT H. HANN as such
<br /> Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Gerhardt Schieve
<br /> rdOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Shertff of the County of Hall as aforesaid, in consideration of
<br /> the �remises and by virtue of the power vested in me by 1aw and the decree of said Court, do here-
<br /> by give, grant, and convey to the said Gerhardt Schieve, his heirs and assigns, the premisea so as
<br /> aforesaid sold, to-wit :
