Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the City of Grand Island, Nebra�ka, <br /> to file a remonstrance against the sal.e of the within described real e�tate; and if a remons'�rance <br /> against the sale signed by le�al electors of said Cit;� equal in number to thirty per cent (30�) at' <br /> the eleators of the City of Grand Island, vo�ing at the last rPgular election held in said City be <br /> filed *.,rith the P�Iayor and Ci'�y Council within thirty days after the passage and publicatian of this <br /> ordinance, such property shall not then, nor within one year thereafter be so1d. <br /> SECTION 5. The sale of said real estate is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed; and if <br /> no remonstrance be filed agains� such sale, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and de- <br /> liver to H. ��1.
