<br /> last names of the minor defendanta, are given as "Modesett" , and �o �he pergonal knowledge of
<br /> �he Referee, are the same exact and identieal persons who are named as �Madesitta in a certain
<br /> Sheriff' s Deed recorded in Book 8b at page �5$7 vf Deeds, except fflr Joyce Modese'�t who 3.s the

<br /> NOW THEREFORE, I, WALTER P. LAURITSEN, REFEREE, in considera�ion of �he premisea and the sum
