<br /> a, municipal corporation, is plaintif f and N. P. 17odge, Jr. , �t al. , are defendants, No. 107�4,
<br /> Doc. 15, Page 2�5, the plaintiff did on the 12th day of December, 1947;� obtain a deeree Pinding
<br /> there to be due f'rom the defendants for general and special improvement taxes upon a CertiPicate
<br /> of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in C�use of Action, No. 2, the sum of �3�+.��, accruing interest
<br /> and costs of the euit, and, wh ereas, it was then and there f urther ordered in the said action that
<br /> in default of the payment of th e sum so found due from the said def endants �hat the Sheriff' of said
<br /> �ounty of Hall should ca.use the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and
<br /> sold according to law to pay the same, and, urhereas, default having been made therein, the Said
