<br /> B�' IT ORDAINED BY THE 2�IAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br /> SECTION �. The sale and conveyance of the real estate hereinafter described is hereby di-
<br /> rected and authorized to Max J. Cornelius and Ruth Cornelius, husband and wife, of Grand Island,

<br /> The property directed and authorized to be conveyed is described as gollows:

<br /> said premises and the City of Grand Island shall not be required to furnish an Abstract of Title.
<br /> SECTION 3. As provided by law, notice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be published
<br /> for three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and
<br /> of general circulation in the City of Grand Is�and, Nebraska, immediately after the passage and
<br /> publication of this Ordinance; and the City Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare
<br /> and publish sa.id notice.
<br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> to file a remonstrance against the sale oP the within described real estate; and if a remonstrance
<br /> against such sale signed by legal electors of said City equal in number of thirty per cent (30�) of
<br /> the electors of the City of Grand Island, voting at the last regular election held in said City,
<br /> be filed with the Mayor and City Council within thirty (30) days after the passage and publication
<br /> of this ordinarice, such property shall not then nor within one year thereafter be sold.
<br /> SECTION 5. The sale of said real estate is hereby directed, _authorized and confirmed; and if
<br /> no remonstrance be filed against such sale, the P�fayor �nd City Clerk shall make, execute and
<br /> deliver to Max J. Cornelius and Ruth Cornelius, husband anc�. wife, a Quit Claim Deed for said
<br /> property and the execution of said Deed is hereby �,uthorized without Purther actior� on behalf of
<br /> the Ci ty Council.
<br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in force and take ef fect from and �,fter its ,
<br /> ap�roval and nublication as nrovided by la�a. passage,
