<br /> SECTION 3. As provided by lavr, mtice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be published for
<br /> three consecutive V,reeYs in the Grand island Daily Independent, a ne�rspaper publ3shed in and of
<br /> general circulation in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, immediately after the passage and
<br /> publication of �his ordinance; and the City Clerk is her�by direct�d and instructed to prepare
<br /> and publish said notice.
<br /> ' SECTION 1�. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> to file a remonstrance against the sale of the within de�cribed real estate; and if a remonstrance
<br /> against such sa1e, signed by lcga.l e��ectors of said City equal in number to thirty per cent (30�)
<br /> of the electors of the City of Grand �s3and, voting a� the la�t regular election held in said City,
<br /> be filed with the Mayor and City Council t�tithin thirty days after the passage and publ3.eation of
<br /> thia ordinance; s�ch property shall not then, nor z�rithin one year thereafter be sold.
<br /> S�CTION j. Th� sale of said real estate is hereby directed, a,uthorized and confirmed; and if
<br /> no remonstrance be filed against such sale, the Mayor and. City C1erk shall make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to Walter Reinecke a Quit Claim Deed for said property and the execution of said deed
<br /> is hereby authorized witnout further ac�ion on bel�alf of the City Council.
<br /> SECTION o. This ordinance sha�l be in force and take effect from and af'ter its passage,
<br /> approval and publication as provided by law. �
