<br /> An ordinance authorizing and directing the sale of certain real. estate belonging to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska; providing the manner in whieh the same shall be sold and the terms of
<br /> said sale; providing� for the giving of notice of the sale of said real estate and the terms there-
<br /> of; a,nd, providing for the right to file a remonstrance againat the sale thereof si ned by legal
<br /> electors of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, equal in number to thirty per cent �30�) of the
<br /> electora oP said City, voting at the last regular municipal election held in said City,

<br /> SECTION 2. The manner and terms of said sale of such real estate are as follows : The said
<br /> H. Jungclaus, the bidder, has agreed to pay the sum of One Thousand One Hundred Fifty (�1 150.00)
<br /> Dollars for the iaithin described real estate and haa paid t�ie sum of Two Hundred Thirty (�230.00)
<br /> Dollars as a down payment thereon and the balance of Nine Hundred Twenty (�920.00) Dollars will be
<br /> paid upon delivery of a Quit Claim Deed by the City to said purchaser. The City oP Grand Island
<br /> shall not be required to Purnish �,n Abstract of Title.
<br /> SECTION 3. As provided by law, notice �of such sale �nd the terms thereof shall be published
<br /> for '�hree consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newapaper published in and of
<br /> �eneral circulation in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, immediately after the passage ancl
<br /> publication of' this ordinance; a,nd the City Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare and
<br /> publish said notice.
<br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the City oP arand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, to Pile a remonstrance against the sale oP the within described real estate; and iP a
<br /> remonatrance against the sale signed by legal electors of said City equal in number to thirty per
<br /> cent (30°�) of the electors of' the City oP Grand Island, voting at the last regular election held
