<br /> BE IT QRDAINED BY TNE N��AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br /> SECTI�i3. 1. The sale and conveyance of the real est�te hereinafter described ia hereby direeted
<br /> and authorized to Charles H. Justice of Grand Island, N�braska.
<br /> The property clirected and author�.Zed to be conveyed is deseribed as follows:
<br /> Lot Three (;) , Block Four (�) , Park Place, an addition to the City of Gr�.nd Island, Hal1 County,
<br /> N�braska.
<br /> SECTION 2. The terms of the sale of such real �state are as Pollowss The purchaser, Charles H.
<br /> Justice, agrees to p�.y the City oP Grand Island, therefore the sum oP Three Hundred Five (�305.00)
<br /> Dollars and has pa,id the City Clerk oP said Cit , the sum of Forty (P�+O. ) Dollars as a down payment
<br /> and the balance of Two Hundred Sixty-five ( �265� Dollars will be paid upon delivery of a Quit
<br /> �lairr! Deed for sa.id �remises and the City of Grand Island shall not be required to Purnish an Abstraot
<br /> of Title.
<br /> SECTION 3. As �rovided by la�r, notice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be published for
<br /> three consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a ne�spaper published in and of
<br /> �eneral circulation in the City of Grand Isl�.nd, Nebraska, immedi�tely aPter the passage �.nd
<br /> publication af this Orc�inance; �nd �he Clty Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare and
<br /> publish s�.id. notice.
<br /> • SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the elec�ors of the City of Grand Island, N�braska,
<br /> to file a remonstrance against the sale of the ?aithin described real esta.te; and iP a remonstranee
<br /> ag�.inst such sale signed by legal electors of said City equal in number of thirty �er cent (30�)
<br /> of the elector� of the City of Grand Island, voting �t the last regula.r election held in said
<br /> Cit,y be filed T�rith the AZayor and City Council within Thirty (30) days aPter the ��.ssage and
<br /> publication of t::ia ordinance, such property shall not then nor t�aithin one year thereafter be sold,
<br /> SECTION 5. The sale of said real estate is hereby direeted, authorized and confirmed; and if no
<br /> rernanstra,nce be filed against such sale, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to •
<br /> Charles H. Justice, a �uit Claim Deed for said property and the executi�n of said Deed is hereby
<br /> authoriZed without further action on behalf of the City Counc3l.
