<br /> That in nursua.nce of the order of the Honorable E. G. Kro�er, Jud�e of the District Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 22nd day of December, 19�7, I was licensed by said Judge to
<br /> sell at private s�le in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that,
<br /> thereafter, I took Oath and filed the s�,me on 14arch 5, 194�, in the office of the Clerk of the
<br /> District Cour'� of Hall County, Nebrask� , in the manner and form �rovided by law, anc� on the same
<br /> date, did file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, my
<br /> bond approved by the said Hon. E.G. Kroger, Judge of said Court, conditioned as required by law;
<br /> that I thereupon c�ffered said property for sale at private sale, as provided in said license and
<br /> sold the same to Al F. Beister and Yvonne Beister, husband and T�rife, as ,joint tenants a.nd not as
<br /> tenants in common, and to the survivor of them, of the City of Grand �aland, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> for the sum of Three Hundred FiPty Dollars (�350.00) , being the hignest offer I could obtain
<br /> therefor; that sa.id sale was thereupon reported to ,said �'udge of the Di�t�ict Court, and by him
<br /> in all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed to conveyance to said purchasers;
<br /> NO��T THEREFORE, I, George J. Siemers, Guardian of the Estate of George Richard Siemers,
<br /> a minor, for and in consideration of the premises, and. the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
<br /> (�350.00) , so baid by said Al F. Beister and Yvonne Beis�er, do, by these presents, grant, sell
<br /> and convey unto Al F. Beister and Yvonne Beister, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants and not as
<br /> tenants in common and to tne survivor of them, the real estate described as follows:

<br /> of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, formerly a?ax�earing as part of Block Six (6) on the Plat
<br /> of South Grand Island, more particula.rly descri��ed as Pollows, to-wit: Commencing at a point
<br /> �0 feet South of the Southwest corner of Lot 5 in Block 5, South Grand Island, and running thence
<br /> East 132 feet, thence South 66 feet, thence West 132 feet, thence North parallel with the East
