<br />WHEREAS, The Bank of Marquette, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2008,
<br />executed by Robert L McMaster, A single person, as Trustor, in which the Bank of Marquette, Marquette,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on April 24, 2008, in
<br />the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No 0200803460, has received from
<br />the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
