<br /> Tha t Guaranty Trus t Company of Kearney, Nebra ska , a corpora-
<br /> tion, as trustee under two certain deeds dated November 22, 1922 and
<br /> March 6, 1937, and respectively recorded in Book 61 on page 135, and
<br /> in $ook 76 on page 420 of the Deed Records of Iiell County, Nebraska,
<br /> a,i�d the said John W. Fines named as grantar in said deeds being now
<br />�i dec�`ased for more than fifteen years, and the Amzie Fines named therein
<br /> beir�g now deceased, a nd Barbara Fines Sullivan, the grantee herein and
<br /> fortherly Ferbara Fines, being the sole child surviving the said Amzie
<br /> Fines, and all conditions of said trust having now fully matured, and
<br /> in order to complete the same the said Guaranty Trust Co�pany as such
<br /> trustee, and by virtue of the powers and authority given and vested by
<br /> the instruments described above, does hereby gra.nt, barga.in, sell and
<br /> convey unto the said Barbara Fines Sullivan the following described
<br /> premises;
<br />�I Southe�st Quarter (SE4) of Sectian 30, and the Northwest
<br /> Quarter of the Sauthwest Quarter (NJU�SViT�) and the Southwest
<br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW�NVf14) of Section 29,
<br /> all in Township 10 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.�. , in
<br /> Hall Caunty, Nebra ska .
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all of the improve-
<br /> ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Barbara
<br /> Fines Sullivan, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the sa id Guara nty Trust Campa ny does hereby represent that

<br /> it is the identical trustee named in the instruments described above;
