<br /> signed Re�eree, appointed by said Court to r�ake partition of said
<br /> rea1. estate, made retaort in writ?ng, duly signed, setting forth tha.t
<br /> partition of said land co�ld not be macie rvithout great pre judice to
<br /> the otvners thereof, which report was duly examined by said Court,
<br /> and the said Court bein� satisfied :therecvith confirned the same, and

<br /> �15, 630.00, they bein� the highest and �es� bidders there�'o�e. And
<br /> after�vards, on the 2nd day of November, 1953, said Court approved
<br /> a.nd confirMed said sale, and by an order directed me as said Referee
<br /> to execute to said Archie Vohland and Virginia �J!. Vohlanc�, a deed
<br /> conveyin& said land to them in f ee simple.
