<br /> Sta.te of Nebraska, in consideration of the Grantee releasing the Real Estate
<br /> Nortgage recorded in Book 78 of Mortgages at Page l�06 of the Rea1 Estate Mortgage
<br /> Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and in
<br /> full and complete settlement of said mortgage and the indebtedness which said
<br /> mortgage secures, satisfaction of which indebtedness in full has been given us
<br /> by Henry Meyer of Ha.11 County and State of Nebraska, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto the said Henry Meyer the following described pre-
<br /> mises, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
