<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tom Ummel, Sr., a
<br />single person, Tommy L. Ummel, Jr., Husband and Cary K. Ummel, Wife, Crrantor(s), to
<br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 15, 2010 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation is
<br />Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 11, 2011 as Document No. 0201103562 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the esta.te now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />Parcel2: Lot One (1) and Two (2), West's Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel3: The Southerly 37.1 feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block Two (2), Revised Plat of West's
<br />Subdivision, In the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this PARTIAL DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 17th day of October, 2011.
