<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEfVTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by Lanette Mary Friesen and Donald L. Friesen as Wife and Husband
<br />and, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Benefieiary named therein, dated November 5,
