I am the son of Ben E. Schoneberg and Vera E. Schoneberg. <br />2. Ben E. Schoneberg died on January 7, 1965. A copy of his death certificate is <br />attached. <br />3. The value of the real property owned by Ben E. Schoneberg, Deceased, did <br />not exceed $25,000. The legal description of the real estate that was owned by Ben E. <br />Schoneberg is as follows: <br />The Southerly Forty Five (S45) Feet of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and <br />Six (6J, in Block Four (4), Brett and Johnson's Addition to Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is <br />pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />5. Vera E. Schoneberg, widow of Ben E. Schoneberg, inherited the above- <br />described property because Ben E. Schoneberg died intestate, and Vera E. Schoneberg <br />was entitled to the first $50,000.00 of Ben E. Schoneberg's estate. <br />� <br />� <br />The value of Ben E. Schoneberg's entire estate did not exceed $25,000. <br />No other person, other than Vera E. Schoneberg, has a right to the interest of <br />the Decedent in the above-described property. <br />
