<br /> of warranty deeds recorded in Eook 91 at Page 592 and 3ook 96 at Page 509 of the
<br /> Deed Records of Hall. County, Idebraska, and, •
<br /> WF�REAS, said Trinity Lutheran Church - i�issouri Synod, Grand Islan.d, Plebraska,
<br /> ✓ an unincorporated reli�;ious association, has,made full payment of said �35,000.00
<br /> purchase price t,o us for said premises and has subsequently incorporated in the name
<br />, of Trinity Zutheran Church - �°:issouri Synod, in G-rand Island, Hall County� A?ebrasica,
<br /> and the �esolution he-retofore adopted by this Loard at its special meeting held
<br /> April 21, 1952, a certified copy of which Resolution is recorded in Book "X�' of
<br /> i�:iscellan.eous Records at Page 1�33 in the 0ffice of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, I�:ebraska, has been questioned as to its sufiicienry under the Laws of the
<br /> State of i�Tebraslca and as to the legality of -the adoption oi said Resolution and
<br /> there�ore the legality and sufficiency of the warranty deed recorded in zook 107 at
<br /> �. Page 585 of the �eed Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska., is in question and for`the purnose oi correcting said -record and said pro-
