<br /> Trustee named in Paragraph Third of the Last Wi71 and Testament of I�athilda

<br /> WITNESSETH that the said pa.rty o£ the first part, named as Trustee under
<br /> Paragraph Third of the Last Will and Testament of Mathilda Peers, also known as
<br /> Matilda,Peers, Deceased, which Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate
<br /> by the County Court of Hall County� Nebraska, in Estate No. !�392 in said Court
<br /> on January 17� 1952� which Last Will and Testament is of record in the oifice
<br />' of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and by the terms of w hich the
<br /> real estate hereinafter described �ras given and devised unto The Grand Island
<br /> I�oan and �ust Compa.ny as Trustee, fthich is now Grand Island Trust Company of
<br /> Grand Island� in consideration of the fact that Carsten Peers, husband of said
<br /> Testatrix, preceded her in death, and Maggie Peers Kroger having preceded said
<br /> Testatrix in death, having attained the age of fifty (50) years prior to her
<br /> death, and said Arnold H. Kroger, second party hereinbefore named, survived said
<br /> Testatri.x and taas named residuary beneficiar�r under said Last Will and Testament
<br /> pursuant to the provi.sions of Paragraph Fourth thereof� w'nich facts were deter-
<br /> mi.ned by Charles Bossert, County Judge of the County �ourt of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, in the Final Decree f iled June 25� 1952, in said estate proceedings
<br />' pending in said Court and recorded in Book 10 of Wills and Decrees at Page 188
<br /> in the 6ffice of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, does by these
<br /> presents grant, convey, release and confir•n unto sai.d party of the second pa.rty
<br /> all of the following described tract, piece and parcel of land situate, lying
<br /> and being in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br /> An undivided one-ha.l£ interest in the northerly 82 feet of
<br /> Lot One (1) in Block Four (1�) in Wiebe�s Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, in Hall �ounty, Nebraska, according
<br /> to the recorded plat thereof;
<br /> together with all and singulax the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging or in any wise anpertain;ng; and also all the estate, right,
<br /> title, interest, propert�, possession� claim and demand whatsoever� which said
<br /> �ustee acquired by virtue of the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br /> said Ma.thilda Peers� also lmown as Matilda Peers, deceased, or otherwise� of, in
