<br /> tha t the County Court of Ha11 County, Nebraska, on the 15th day oY
<br /> December, 1952, entered an order approving said applieation to sell
<br /> and authorizing the said William P. �dullen, as eaecutor, to enter into
<br /> a Eont;ract oP purchase with the said second parties.

<br /> other power which said Eaecutor might have, and in consideration of the
