<br /> Document No. 92-105765 in respect to that real estate described as:
<br /> THE NORTHERLY SIXTY-SSX FEET (N66') OF LOT FOUR (4)� IN BLOCK NINE (9), IN
<br /> WIEBE'S ADOITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL CDUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br /> WHEREAS,Borrower has requested that interest be converted to a fixed rate rather then
<br /> � the variable rate specified by such Deed of Trust with Adjustable Rate Rider and that the stated
<br /> � maturity date be also hereby cnodified; —
<br /> WHEREAS,Lender is willing to convert such variable rate loan into a fixed rate loan to
