<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That, U.S. BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as trustee in trust for Commercial Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates, Series
<br />CSMS 2006 -HC1 ( "Lender "), having an address of 9062 Old Annapolis Road, Columbia,
<br />Maryland, 21045- 1951, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, to it paid by GPH Grand Island Park Place LLC, a Delaware limited
<br />liability company (`Borrower "), does hereby grant, sell, quitclaim and release unto said
<br />Borrower and its successors and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in the property
<br />described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein and located in the City of Grand
<br />Island County of Hall, Nebraska.
<br />This Release of Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Fixture Filing and Security
<br />Agreement and Termination of Assignment of Leases and Rents being made to release the liens
<br />of that (i) certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Leases and Rents, Fixture Filing and Security
<br />Agreement made by Borrower to Column Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation ( "Column "),
<br />dated March 14, 2006 and recorded on April 12, 2006 as Document 200603191 in the Hall
<br />County Recorder's Office, the interest of Column having been assigned to Wells Fargo Bank,
<br />N.A., as trustee in trust for Commercial Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates, Series CSMS
<br />2006 -HC 1 ( "Wells Fargo ") by that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated April 26, 2006 and
<br />recorded on February 11, 2008 as Document 200801060 of the aforesaid records, and further
<br />assigned by Wells Fargo to Lender by that certain Assignment of Deed of Trust, Assignment of
<br />Leases and Rents, Fixture Filing and Security Agreement recorded on September 14, 2009 as
<br />Document 200907455 in the aforesaid county records, (ii) that certain Assignment of Leases and
<br />Rents executed by and between Borrower and Column dated March 14, 2006 and recorded on
<br />April 12, 2006, 2006 as Document 200603192 of the aforesaid records, the interest of Column
<br />having been assigned to Wells Fargo by that certain Assignment of Assignment of Leases and
<br />Rents dated April 26, 2006 and recorded on February 11, 2008 as Document 200801061 Of the
<br />aforesaid county records, and further assigned by Wells Fargo to Lender by that certain
<br />Assignment of Assignment of Leases and Rents recorded on September 14, 2009 as Document
<br />200907456 in the aforesaid county records, all to secure the payment of a debt, evidenced by a
<br />note therein named, said liens on the property above mentioned are hereby released and
<br />discharged in full on this A day of , 2011.
