FAIRBANKS, WIFE AND HUSBAND, 823 W 5th St, Grand Island, NE 68801- <br />4537, as Trustor, to Commercial Federal Bank, A federal Savings Bank, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mountain <br />West Financial, Inc., A California Corporation, 1902 Orange Tree Suite 140, Redlands, CA 92374, San Bernardino <br />County, CA, as Beneficiary, recorded on 11/13/2001 as Instrument No. 0200111575, in the office of the Hall <br />County Recorder of Hall County, NE; to secure an obligation under a Promissory Note in the amount of $69,351.00; <br />and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association by Assignment dated 07/01/2005. The undersigned, as <br />present holder or the authorized agent of the holder of the Note, does hereby remove Commercial Federal Bank, A <br />federal Savings Bank, as Trustee and does, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust or statute, hereby remove any <br />Substitute Trustee or Trustees who may have been previously appointed in place of the original Trustee, and does <br />hereby appoint and substitute Erika Knapstein, Trustee, NSBA# 24088, of St Louis County, Missouri, to serve, <br />effective immediately, as Substitute Trustee in the Deed of Trust, and to replace the Trustee named in the Deed of <br />Trust. Said Substitute Trustee is qualified to serve as Trustee under the laws of this state. <br />The undersigned hereby revokes all other substitutions of trustee which it may have executed, appointed or <br />filed in the past, giving and granting to said Substitute Trustee all the powers, duties and authority of the discharged <br />Trustee, and hereby ratifying all acts of said Substitute Trustee heretofore or hereafter performed.
