RAMSEY, a widowed woman, par�ty of the first part ("GRANTOR"), and BARBARA <br />J. Ramsey, husband and wife, and lying North of the <br />line described as: Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot Two (2), 1051.0 <br />feet North of the Southwest Corner of said Lot Two (2), running thence North <br />83°39' East, 810.0 feet, running thence North 72°32' East, 700.0 feet, running <br />thence North 89°45' East, 1,153.0 feet, to a point in the East line of Lot One (1), <br />in said Section, 1,362.5 feet North of the Southeast Corner of said Lot One (1) of <br />Section Thirty-one (31), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the <br />6th .
