<br /> NON-UNIPORM COVENANTS. Borrower and L.ender further covenant and agrec as follows:
<br /> 17. Assignment oP Rents. Borrowerunconditionally assigns and transfers to Lcudcr all the rents and revenues �`--
<br /> •• of the Property. Bonower authorizes Lender or I.ender's agents to collect the rents and revenues:md hereby directs °
<br /> each tenant of the Propeny to pay the rcnts to Lendcr or Lender's agents. However. prior to Lendcr's notice to �'-
<br /> Bonower of Bonower's breach of any covenant or agreement in the Secudty Instrument,Borrower shall collect and �-
<br /> reccive all rents and revenues of the Property as trustee for the benefit of Lendcr and Bonower. This asslgnment of

<br /> If Lendcr gives notice of breach to Borrower: (a)all rents received by Bonower shall be hcld by Bottower as _ _
