Borrower and L.ender further covenant and agrec as follows: <br /> 17. Assignment oP Rents. Borrowerunconditionally assigns and transfers to Lcudcr all the rents and revenues �`-- <br /> •• of the Property. Bonower authorizes Lender or I.ender's agents to collect the rents and revenues:md hereby directs ° <br /> each tenant of the Propeny to pay the rcnts to Lendcr or Lender's agents.
