<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of those certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated January 25, 2008, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 28, 2008, and February 8, 2008, as Instrument Nos. 200800673 and 200800991,
<br />wherein Kenneth A Jackson, a Single Person, was identified as the Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in such
<br />Deeds of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published as required
<br />by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the date and
<br />at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, 1, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney, Trustee under those certain Deeds of
<br />Trust dated January 25, 2008, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on January 28, 2008, and February 8, 2008, as Instrument Nos. 200800673 and 200800991,
<br />herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred
<br />Forty-Four and No/100 Dollars ($47,744.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deeds of
<br />Trust, received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deeds of Trust, do hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Fifteen (15), in ScarfFs Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the buildings,
<br />improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns forever.
