Gallion and Colleen C. Gallion as Husband and Wife; a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, <br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named <br />therein, dated July 27, 2010, recorded August 2, 2010 as Instrument #201005�46 the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary <br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb.
