2p1107400 18. Foreclosnre Procedure. If Lender r�wtres immediate payment in fall nnder paragraph 9, Lender may �tnvoke the power of sale and any other remedies perm�ttted by appl�cable law. After the t�ime reqnired by applfcable law, Trustee shall give pnblic noi3ce of sale to the persons and in the manner prescribal by applfcable law.
