<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitutioa of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by MICHAEL
<br />R SCHLACHTER AND KATHLEEN A SCHLACHTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in
<br />which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, is
<br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated MAY 5T� 2004,
<br />and recorded MAY 5TH 2O04, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No. 200404486 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconve4ance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by MICHAEL R SCHLACH'�ER AND KATHLEEN A SCHLACIiTER, HUSBAND 'AND WIFE, as
<br />trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated MAY 5T�,
<br />2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200404486, has been paid, and the Beneficiaxy has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
