<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated OCTOBER 24TH 2002, and recorded
<br />OCTOBER 29, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200211814 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by NADINE P MATHEWS, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated OCTOBER 24TH, 2002, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />200211814, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee
<br />and Deed of Reconveyance.
