<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CHARLES R WINKLER,

<br />WINKLER LIVING REVOCABLE TRUST, as trustor, to EQUITABLE BANK, as Trustee

<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
