<br />L SNYDER AND CONNIE J SNYDER; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated APRIL 29, 2003, and
<br />recorded MAY 2, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200305534 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by RICHARD L SNYDER AND CONNIE J SNYDER; HUSBAND AND WIFE, as tustor, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA EQUITABLE
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated APRIL 29, 2003, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No.
<br />0200305534, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
