<br />WITNESSETH: U.S. Bank Nafional Association, THE GRANTOR, (whether one or more) in consideration of
<br />the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration to it paid by the Federal National Mortgage Association,
<br />GRANTEE (whether one or more), the receipt of which is acknowledged, does by these presents, Grant, Bargain and
<br />Sell, Convey and Confirm unto the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, the lots, tracts or parcels of land,
