<br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by PETER
<br />ANDREW OLSON, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. AhIschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated FEBRUARY 10, 1999, and recorded FEBRUARY 17, 1999, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 99- 101780 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by PETER ANDREW OLSON, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE BUILDING
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as
<br />Beneficiary, dated February 10, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- 101780, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveya ace be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br />described in paragraph 3 below.
