<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CLJNNINGHAM, of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 20, 2Q07, executed by HELEN E. POHL AND JAMES A. POHL, as Trustors, in which
<br />BETTE M. TINER of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded on June 20, 2007, as Document No. 0200705166 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CLTNNINGHAM, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from BETTE M. TINER of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />TOVVN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
