20�10�30G <br />(C) "Lender"isHome Federal Savings and Loan Assn of Grand Island <br />Lender is a Savi ngs and Loan <br />organized and elcisting under the laws of T h e S t a t e o f N e b r a s k a <br />Lender's address is 221 South Locust St Grand I sl and NE 68801- <br />Lender is the h�neficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is Arend R Baack, Attorney <br />( E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Bonower and dated S e p t e m b e r 2 8, 2 O 11 . The Note <br />states that Bonower owes Lender NINETY TWO THOUSAND AND 00/100 <br />Dollars (U. S. $ 9 2. 0 0 0.10 0 ) plus interest. Bortower has promised to pay this debt in regulaz <br />Periodic Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than 0ctober 1. 2026 . <br />(F) "Property" means the prpperty that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property." <br />(G) "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note, plus interest, any prepayment charges and late charges due <br />under the Note, and all sums due under this Security Instrument, plus interest. <br />(H) "Riders" means all Ridens to this �curity Insm�ment that aze executed by Bonower.
