<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Vicente
<br />T. Valadez, A Single Person, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated October 19, 2001, and recorded
<br />November 5, 2001, Instrument Number 0200111302; in the office of the Ha11 County Register of
<br />Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
